Delivery policy

We aim to ship all orders within 2-7 working days of receipt of the order

There could be an instance whereby a product may just go out of stock due to popularity and multiple orders; in that case, it may take us up to 15 days to replenish the stock as they need to be hygenicaly packed in our state-of-the-art LAB and that's our regular lead time

Standard delivery: (UAE only)

  • Pickup from store (Emperor Saffron store located in Al-Fahidi Market in Bur Dubai) 
  • We will use our in-house transport facility for Dubai deliveries
  • For deliveries in the rest of the Emirates, we will use reputed local Courier services
  • Any size any weight any number of items. Courier: reputed Courier, 3-5 days in transit

Should you wish to use your own preferred shipping method - please contact us on sales@emperorsaffron.comExtra charges may apply in this case will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE

Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement

Get in touch with us immediately if your order does not arrive when it should (see above). We'll find out what happened to your order and rectify the problem ASAP but we cannot replace missing orders that are received by someone else on your behalf
